GertrudeLaunched on Goree Island, Senegal at a conference “Revitalising Africa’s Cultural Assets” from 5-7 March 2007, Arterial Network celebrates its fifth anniversary on the 7th of March, now declared as internally as “Arterial Network Day”.
In the last five years Arterial Network has shown a rapid development. It now includes more than 30 Country Chapters, has organised many conferences and published several publications on issues like cultural policy, cultural entrepeneurship and marketing and fundraising. DOEN is proud to have been supporting its development in these 5 years.
