Go to 'Contributions' in the menu bar at the top of the page and click
'Add a story'.

Add a title to your story

summarizing what the story is about.

Describe the activity and the organisation to which this story relates

Add your story

Address in your story at least the following: what was the most significant change (positive or negative) that you have experienced in relation to this activity, organized by this organization? Why was this change significant to you?

Add the date, place, other people that might have been in the story, the author and/or narrator

You will automatically be connected to the article as author unless you change this.
The original publication date is the date on which you submit your story on this website.

Add relevant keywords

These keywords influence which other stories will appear as related to your story and how often your story appears as related to other stories. Stories with similar keywords will appear alongside your story.
If you want to change or add keywords to your story later you can always go to 'Choose keywords' and click on the words that best describe the story. By adding keywords to your profile and story page and to all the other things you put on the website, you make them easier for others to find.

Add an image to the story

Add one or several images to make the story more attractive to readers. For instance, you could add an image from the activity that is described in the story. To add an image click on the camera icon 'Add an image'. You can upload an image from your computer or take one from the internet or from the website itself.

Share your story

Choose how wide you want to publish your story. 'Everybody' means that everybody can read your story and people can find your story via Google. 'Members' means that only people who log in to this website can read it. 'Known people' and 'Friends' mean that only people in your social network on this website can read it. 'Me' means that only you and the webmasters of DOENculture.com can read it.

Click 'Finish' to save the story

You can return to your story and other contributions you have made on the site when you go to 'My contributions' in the menu bar at the top of the page.
